Cancellation Policy

Payment options include paying online, cash or check. If paying by cash or check it must be received ONE week prior to the start date of the class. Checks should be made out to DOTC. Cash or check payments should be mailed to

If unpaid by one week prior to the start date of class you will be dropped from the class. Registration is NOT complete until payment is received.

Cancellation must be made 24 hours before the start date of the first class of your session for a refund. After that classes are non refundable.

Classes are non refundable/transferable once classes have begun.
