DOTC is offering a 7 week Introduction to Pet Therapy workshop- open to any club member and their dog one year and older. Eight (8) handler/dog teams will use the class time to review the materials for the Pet Partner exam. While there is no cost for this workshop please be aware that there are costs with Pet Partners (listed below). We are requiring proof of registration in Pet Partners online Handler course within 48 hrs of your signing up for the workshop. Please email this proof to Stephanie Smith at dotcobedience@hotmail.com. Testing for the following the class will be provided by Sharon Andrews at a neutral facility. The date, time and cost for the evaluation are TBD.

Costs associated with becoming a Pet Partners Therapy Team

Pet Partners Handler Course $70 *one time cost

Team Evaluation with Sharon Andrews TBD

Registration Fees $95 (Seniors $50) *registration fee good for two years

Please bring a signed release form

This class has no formal teacher but we will be using the time to review and role play the items for the evaluation.
